Now that you know which kind of water is best and how much to drink, there are certain foods and drinks that will cause dehydration that you should know about. These include:
- Fruit juices
- Sugar and natural sweeteners except Stevia
- Prescription and over the counter medications that contain diuretics
Aside from drinking plenty of good water, it is also important to keep your hair clean. When you hair is not clean, the follicles become clogged which makes it difficult for hair to grow. We do not recommend shampooing your hair every day because this can dry out (dehydrate) your hair, which results in breakage.
