You may have heard how drinking lots of water can help keep your skin hydrated and looking younger. Hair is actually a connective tissue of the body and carries many of the same compositions as your skin, fingernails and toenails. When you don’t get enough water into your system, the result is dehydration, and for many, hair loss as well. As a matter of fact, 75% of the population is dehydrated and not even aware of it!
